Unlimited users on every plan. The team sizes show what each plan is built for. They are not a limit, and nobody is switched off when you hire. Prices exclude VAT where it applies; yearly plans are billed once, up front. Falcon AI credits are shared by the workspace and renew on the 1st: one credit is a US cent of AI, and a typical question uses one to four. With a fifth left, Falcon switches to its economy model so the rest lasts; at zero it pauses until the 1st or a top-up. Your admins see who used what, and can set a limit per person.
Meeting hours (early access)
Each plan includes hours of Falcon's meeting notetaker every month (5 on Core, 20 on Business, 100+ on Enterprise), shared by the workspace and renewed on the 1st. Past them, a meeting hour uses 100 AI credits, so meetings and questions draw on the same pool and nothing stops halfway through the month without warning.
One top-up covers both
Need more? Add 1,000 AI credits for US$15. That is about 333 more questions, or 10 more meeting hours, or any mix. Top-ups never expire and are used only after the month's allowance. Your admins get an email at 80% and again at zero.
Good to know
How it works today
- Core and Business workspaces share hosting and are separated inside the database by row-level security, the same mechanism that decides what each person in your own team may see. Enterprise runs on a database and deployment of its own.
- A trial opens as soon as you ask. Sign in with Google or Microsoft and it opens there and then; use the form and you sign in from the email we send. Either way, that is how we know the address is yours. If anything about a request looks odd, a person checks it first. Fourteen days, the Business plan, 300 AI credits and 2 meeting hours, no card. If you would rather we set the workspace up and apply your industry pack with you, book a demo.
- The meeting notetaker is in early access. It joins, transcribes, drafts the notes for you to check and file, and can join your client meetings by itself if you ask it to. It stays off until your firm's admin accepts the recording policy.
- Billing is by invoice for now, and card payments are coming. Nothing is charged during a trial.
- The product is in beta. Early customers get a say in what ships next and a direct line to the founder; in return we ask for patience with the rough edges and honesty about them.
- Cut Above holds no security certification. The security page says exactly what is and is not true.
