An assistant that works with your permissions
Falcon lives inside Cut Above. It sees exactly what you can see, speaks your industry's vocabulary, and drafts actions for you to confirm. It never acts silently, and it is included in every plan.
How a request travels
Read freely, write only when you say so
- You askIn plain words, in the app or from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Falcon readsOnly records you are allowed to see. The database enforces it.
- It draftsAn answer with its sources, or a proposed action as a card.
- You confirmEdit it, confirm it or drop it. Nothing changes before that.
- It is loggedThe audit log records it as your action.
What it does
Answers from your records
"What's outstanding on Acme?" "Who is free next week?" "Summarise the last three emails from this client." Falcon queries the same tables you do, under the same row-level security, and cites what it used.
Drafts actions you confirm
Log time against a job, book your leave, file an email to a matter, move a deal, fix a draft invoice, archive a client that has closed. Each one appears as a proposal with a Confirm button and lands in the audit log as your action.
Fills in your timesheet from your calendar
Your meetings are matched to the client, job or enquiry they were for, using who was invited and what they were called, and every match says why. A meeting that could be two jobs is left for you to choose; what is already logged is skipped. The week arrives on one card: change the hours, drop a line, confirm.
Emails and chases from your own mailbox
"Chase everything over 30 days." One polite, specific email per client with the invoice attached, from your own address, filed to the client when it goes. The card is the draft, so you can edit it before it goes.
Takes the meeting notes (early access)
Send the notetaker to a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call from your calendar, or paste a link. It joins under your firm's name, says in the chat that it is transcribing, and leaves when the call ends. The transcript comes back as notes, action points and next steps, filed to the right client or job once you confirm.
Turns notes into the CRM
Paste your notes from a call: Falcon proposes the activity on the deal, a task for every action point with its owner and date, and a stage change only when the notes clearly say so.
Knows your vocabulary and your sector
The industry pack gives Falcon a glossary and a list of things to be careful about, such as a law firm's limitation dates or an engineer's authority submissions, so its answers read like a colleague's.
Works where you work
Falcon is an MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot and ask about your business from there. Same permissions, same audit trail.
Security
It cannot see or do more than you can
Standard $180 an hour
Senior $260 an hour
Partner $420 an hour
You do not have access to fee rates.
Ask a partner if you need them.
Same question, same assistant, different answer. Falcon inherits your permissions from the database. It does not have its own.
- Confirmation before any writeReading is automatic. Writing waits for you, every time.
- Permissions enforced by the databaseRow-level security decides what Falcon can read. It cannot bypass it.
- Never trained on your dataRequests go to the model provider for inference only. See the AI policy and subprocessors.
- No email to strangersEmails only go to a contact on the record, a colleague, or an address you typed yourself, never one found in a note or a message.
- Meetings are never recorded quietlyThe notetaker joins under your firm's name, posts a notice in the chat, and anyone can remove it. It is off until your admin turns it on. Audio is never kept.
- A full audit trailEvery action Falcon proposes and you confirm is recorded as yours.
- Spending you can predictEvery plan includes monthly AI credits and meeting hours. With a fifth left Falcon switches to an economy model, and at zero it pauses until the 1st or a top-up.
Why Falcon
Not a chatbot beside your software. Part of it.
Inside the system of record
Falcon reads the same clients, engagements, time and invoices you work in, so it answers from your records instead of guessing, and it can act on them.
Speaks your industry
It learns your pack's words and cautions. A law firm gets matters and limitation dates; an engineering consultancy gets stages and authority submissions.
Reaches you where you work
Ask in the app, or connect Falcon to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot through MCP. The permissions and audit trail come with it.
Priced for the whole firm
Included in every plan, with monthly credits. No charge per user, so everyone can use it without anyone counting seats.
