Terms of service

The short version of how Cut Above is offered: your data is yours, the service is early, and the price and hosting are agreed per customer.

Last updated 2026-10-17. These terms apply to the website and to trial workspaces. Paying customers sign a subscription agreement that takes precedence where it differs.

  • The service. Cut Above provides a client management system as a hosted service, with an AI assistant (Falcon) and optional connections to other accounts you authorise. Enterprise plans run on a dedicated database and deployment.
  • Your data. It is yours. We process it only to provide the service, under the privacy policy, and you can export it at any time. On termination we delete it within 30 days on request.
  • Accounts. Access is by invitation from your workspace administrator. You are responsible for your credentials and for what is done under your account, including actions you confirm for Falcon.
  • Acceptable use. Do not use the service to store or send unlawful content, to breach others' rights, or to probe or overload it. Security research in good faith is welcome. See the security page.
  • Trials. A trial workspace is free for 14 days, provided as is, and may be deleted 14 days after the trial ends unless converted. We may limit Falcon usage on trials.
  • Fees. Subscription fees are a flat monthly amount per workspace, agreed in writing, payable in advance. There is no charge per user.
  • Availability and support. We aim for continuous availability and respond to support requests within one working day. An SLA applies where a subscription agreement provides one.
  • Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Changes and termination. We may update these terms with notice to administrators. Either side may end a trial at any time; paid subscriptions end according to their agreement.
  • Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless a subscription agreement provides otherwise.
