Findings you can check against the page
Attest reads a deal's virtual data room and runs five checks: contracts, financial tie-out, consistency across documents, the seller's warranties, and coverage of the request list. Findings cite the pages they rest on, with word for word quotes checked against each page, and when something on the request list is missing from the room, Attest says so. The deal team reviews every finding in one queue, and only accepted findings go into the issues report.
Beta, public test phase. Access is by invitation: request it and we will send one. It works, it changes often, and we want to hear what you find.

Five checks
Contracts, with a clause matrix and change of control triggers. Tie-out, which rebuilds headline figures from the source. Consistency across documents. Warranties, tested one by one. Coverage against the request list.
Quotes checked against the page
A finding that rests on a document quotes it word for word, and the quote is verified against that page. When something is missing from the room, Attest says so.
One review queue
Accept, reject with a reason, edit or assign each finding. The team can discuss, tag colleagues and raise findings of their own.
Search by wording or by meaning
Documents are indexed page by page. Restricted clean team folders protect sensitive files.
Runs and audit
Every run shows its cost and model, there is a full audit trail, and each deal has a spending cap.
Works with your AI
A deal can run on your own model provider accounts, and assistants such as Claude can work with Attest through MCP with the same permissions as the person.
